use antialiasing setting "best" not "geometry" and min. 2x2 or 4x4!!!! and with another outsideview this scene will really cooooooooool!

antialiasing is not geometry,but best...Perhaps the contrast has increased the 'aliasing...thank you for comment =D

is it vray or c4d-renderer? i think it must in case of both simplay higher. but the vray-AA have some hints. maybe i can help... ;)

nice render. But there are a few things looks not logical i guess. glass stairs(?), size of the vase on the left , lots of empty space , the light which leans to the table ,colour of the carpet :)
